I hear this from time to time that the Western Elites are terrorized by the populations, I'm not sure though, but what is certain is that they(Western Elites)know that everyone shouldn't wake up at the same time or else everything will catch fire at the same time.

There is definitely a "caste system" among the hierarchies of the world too(India is everywhere apparently--->LOL) Yes indeed, a distinct internal hierarchy exists within societal and "global" elites.

But unfortunately as long as we have those "oppressed elites" in the third world oppressing their own, and as long as we have those knucklehead light skinned caucasian looking in India, North Africa, Latin America, Asia and the Middle-East oppressing their citizens of darker complexions, the Western Elite(Blue eyes, White skin) don't really have to worry about anything.

These third world elites are nothing but rich enslaved individuals chosen by masters(White Elites) to direct daily field labor and maintain order in their countries. Exactly like an enslaved person appointed to manage and discipline other laborers on a plantation. There is a lot to blame for an oppressed who becomes an oppressor coz they help keep things unchanged. TO HELL WITH THEM!!
