PROPS TO NINA TURNER FOR SPEAKING THIS OUT PUBLICLY...
She probably read one of my posts accusing the Democratic party of playing the worst kind of identity politics and in the process dividing Black men & Black women.. During the process of selecting Supreme Court Justice Katanji Brown Jackson I noted how most of the Democratic party's top Black female appointees were married to white men, including Susan Rice, Katanji Brown Jackson, and Kamala Harris etc etc..
Anyway i'm just glad former representative & black activists Nina Turner had the audacity to point this out, though her reason is a bit more complex.

I think you're right, never payed fully attention to this until you started making a bit of noise about it. To vote "democrat" as Black folks is more of a good deal between Black women and White Jewish men.
