He was 90 yrs old..
Though he was a legendary baseball player, I knew him mostly from his funny quips on late night tv and commercial ad spots..

He's a Milwaukee boy born and bred. I sold him a dress pair of shoes when I worked at a Kinney's shoe store while I was going to college. He was pure working class.
