There are nearly 2 million black millionaires in the U.S. as of 2023. However, this represents only 8.8% of the total U.S. millionaires.
Wow, all of Africa(54 countries) is far behind that number of Millionaires that Black America has. Africa has only 135.000 millionaires in a continent of 1 billion 600 million inhabitants. Mexico has only 20 thousand millionaires in a country of approximately 132 million people.
Also, according to 2021 Census data, Black-owned businesses in the U.S. generated $206 billion in annual revenue and supported 3.56 million U.S jobs. There are 13 Black billionaires in the United States today. Africa has 29 billionaires. But "13" is such a good number when compared to an entire continent of Africa where only 29 are billionaires.
