HE'S AFTER BLACK BILLIONAIRES NOW...

The wicked one has claimed a good one this time.
Junior Bridgeman was a Black ex-pro NBA player who did good business wise - became a $billionaire..
He was 71 yrs old..
Even more impressive was that he spent a lot of his money investing in the Black community..Cool!
MAY JUNIOR BRIDGEMAN REST IN PEACE FOREVER. AMEN

Yes its me "the wicked one", I have to admit that I was jealous for a number of things. Junior(photo below) went from a legendary NBA player to become a billionaire, plus he's Black and his wife is Black too, I can also tell that his chidren are not even Mulattos. And what pissed me off the most "as Almighty" was that Junior sold most of his restaurants for an estimated $250 million and used the proceeds to become a Coca-Cola distributor with a territory spanning three states.

He was 76..
He and Ali rumbled in Kinshasa, Congo..
Ali was greater but George Foreman was cool about that huuuge defeat..

George Foreman was one of my favorite personalities. It was good to see him emerge from a standoffish young street tough to a mature businessman and minister, who became all that he could be.

Our very own papersack knew George fairly well. He was either a friend of his or related to him. It is one of the two.

And my I please mention that he was married to a wonderful island girl from GM's island named Mary Martelly and that the marriage lasted 40 yrs, until his death.
I think Mr Foreman was married 4 times before meeting Martelly.

The one has not heard about this news yet,...George was a great guy, no doubt, and he's considered one of the greatest heavyweights in the history of boxing. Theone has always seen George as number 2 after Ali.(photo below)

May he rest in peace in heaven. Almighty and I(the evil one) will try to place George in the same room with Ali, meaning, right at the top VIP section of heaven.

He played over a decade with our Milwaukee Bucks and was very well liked by folk here. My personal anecdote: while I worked security for Milwaukee County during his playing days, i would sometimes walk through the Milwaukee Arena (the home court of the Milwaukee Bucks) in the early afternoon. One afternoon, there was Junior shooting by himself. I went courtside and spoke with him and actually fed him the ball while he shot. He could drill them. I was surprised to realize he was a shy young guy at that time and quiet. He lived a great life, and successful. He owned 450 Wendy's and Chili's restaurants in 20 states until 2016. He also was an independent bottler for Coca-Col, and his family owns Ebony and Jet magazines.

Thanks, Maestro. I didn't know Junior Bridgeman was the NBAer who bought Ebony magazine. I had gone to their page and researched them, somewhat, and thought the best of this former pro basketball player who saw fit to keep Ebony alive.
