I'm hoping and predicting that this man will be the new pope. He's a Chicago boy and an Augustinian friar. He will continue in the same direction as Francis, embracing synodality.

Yes, I noticed the black smoke means no Pope, yet. But the white smoke will represent that a Pope has been selected.

You know, the papacy could end the racial mess, in our world, in one fell swoop, if they wanted to -- not that there wouldn't be concomitant fallout -- but the papacy is existing far below its scope and realm of influence.
