NOT ONLY IS TRUMP'S IMMIGRATION POLICY EVIL & VIOLENT, BUT GUESS WHAT?
The vast majority of those being deported happen to be Christians with THE HUUGE MAJORITY BEING CATHOLICS!
So I don't blame Pope Francis being pissed off - he calls ICE behavior "extremely disrespectul". At this rate church attendance in America will suffer terribly: Many of those in the pews are immigrants with a bunch being illegals WHO ARE LIVING DECENT LIVES AND CONTRIBUTING TO OUR ECONOMY.
The Trump administration is pure evil and full of nazi bastards, especially Stephen Miller! There.
It's certainly good to see Pope Leo being clear about his position on the corrupt, inhumane policies of the current administration, but his failure to address the stark racism of the current-day biblical depictions is reprehensible.
A word to the Pope: Have the faithful take their index fingers and follow the descendants of Ham, Gen. 10:6-20 to clear-up the fakery we see in Western-influenced depictions.
Of course that's just a tip of the iceberg. The Persians/Elamites of Gen. 10:22 is also instructive.

Not gonna happen!
First off, Pope Leo has just been elevated to lead the Catholic Church, so there's no way he'd be approaching such a desperately controversial subject so early in his tenure.
Secondly, the Catholic church as we know it would totally collapse and split into the traditionalists (racists) vs modernists (progressives), if your suggestion was even attempted!
Thirdly, until Africa & the Black diaspora gets its shit together to exercise any meaningful form of power(politically & economically!!), no one is gonna take our rightful demands seriously. Such is the nature of international relations!
FOURTHLY, and this is very important, most of the powerful Black faces in the Vatican/church hierarchy are very conservative and would side with the traditionalists. The majority of African bishops in line to perhaps succeed Pope Leo are Clarence Thomas clones and would not support your legit suggestion.
