It seems Ibrahim Traore is determined - inspite of his local & international enemies - to improve things in his country.

The only way for this to happen is first and foremost African heads of state and their populace must "drop Kris from their minds" and shift their focus away from him to move forward with their lives, PERIOD!!!! I believe Traore and his entourage understood that very well.
