I know that attack was not fair,...but lets us NOT forget that Ilhan Omar divorced her husband of Somali descent, Ahmed Hirsi, and subsequently married Tim Mynett, a non-Muslim white American political consultant, a few years ago, I think it was around 2021. Anyway, Ilhan Omar being the descendant of the oppressed ppl must be in "Some form, shape, or fashion" F.UP IN HER HEAD TOO!!! I swear!!!

I myself, I believe I was F.up in my head before I seriously started "reading" a few decades ago.

I think Ilhan is good people, as they say, TheOne. I actually told people when I ran a few years ago that I liked Ilhan. I simply had some additional ideas to share. Part of it was to get national media attention on this blog, info.

Now, she did marry a white guy, but Minnesota is very integrated as far as blacks and whites marrying and dating, is concerned.

Now, what was your framework prior to a few decades ago, my brotha?

Yes Les, Minneapolis is far more progressive when it comes to race than other Mid Western areas. It is heads and shoulders above Milwaukee. I notice it upon every visit I have with my relatives there.

Omar, a stunningly beautiful lady and smart too, had to see a whole different world when she arrived in the USA. No doubt it had to influence her.

I imagine she, as a Sunni Muslim, must have had problems with her fellow Muslims when she married a non-Muslim. I still find it outrageous that it is ok for male Muslims marrying non-Muslims, but it is a no no for women marrying non- Muslim men. Plus, the guy owns wineries. He is in the alcohol business. That's a big no no, too. As long as she is on the right side of the issues, I'm ok with her. In fact, I'm more than ok with her, I'm a fan of hers.

Yes, y'all know how i've made mischief around interracial hook ups, but i'm not stoopid or insane to deny anyone that right..
For those who follow my politics closely, some of my revolutionary idols are engaged in such relationships - eg. Angela Davis etc.

At a time like this, we must focus on their activism and legitimacy in carrying forward our ideas messages, actions, etc etc.
So yes, I remain a big fan of llhan Omar, especially since she's a target of so much hate and death threats.

I never said she's a bad ppl, Les. When I said she might be "psychologically Not "stable" about some current ethnic issues by being the descendant of Somalis(sorry I didn't give a full account to accurately reflect my original intention) I meant she was born into that Somali culture(like the Moroccan one) that believe in Arab Supremacy. Moroccans and Somalis in general have not been taught that they are Africans, they don't see themselves or consider themselves Africans although Somalia and Morocco are based in AFrica,..the overwhelming majority of the ppl in these two countries would rather prefer to consider themselves Arabs,.. and thats what I call being F.up in the head. And by contrast you have a brotha born in "Alabama" about 7.200 miles away from Africa yet call himself "African". Yes, its the mentality she grew up in or the mentality she belong to that I've "targeted", NOT HER!! Sorry for not being clear.

So of course whatever I've stated below has nothing to do with Ilhan's activisim or policies in Minnesota nor it has anything to do with the extremely evil situation she's faced with. Les, in your spare time check the video below on how some/many Moroccans view Africa and Africans. The latest Africa cup of nation 2025 hosted by Morocco truly exposed once again the true "Arab" supremacy feelings towards Blacks in Morocco. Sad!!

Yes, many North Africans (not so much today though) reject the African identity (lately, especially Moroccans, since Senegal beat up their ass in soccer..lol)
BUT, many Black folks in the African diaspora: Caribbean, S.America(Brazil), AAs too, didn't want to be identified as African, given the brainwashing(Hollywood etc) Les has schooled us about.
So your Arab argument, as it relates to some N.Africans, is exaggerated - it's a distraction!

LOL, try to remember the backlash many Pan-Africanists got when we tried to convince black folks every where that they were African. Even Jesse Jackson felt that backlash - many Black people didn't want African attached to their identity.

Sir, that "Arab thing" is used as a cover for North Africans and East Africans(like Sudanese and Somalis) to dissociate themselves from the "African" identity, the same way Black folks in the Caribbean, S.America and AAs too are trying to escape from.

LOL, hahaha, I believe the Qur'an came from the Talmud.
