GM: Now here's why some folks dont like me: I too did some quick research on the image and it is well represented at the 'United States Holocaust Memory Museum', the same place you got the info on their fate. As for the folks who ran that museum? Fucck them! They are some of the strongest supporters of Netanyahu and the genocide in Gaza - they are damn-blasted Zionists! Maestro: As a portrait artist and lifelong photographer, i am constantly looking for great images. And over the years i have posted them both here and on my fb page, without context and random!! I get more likes on fb for my photos than any other topic. They say a picture says a million words, and i believe it. Also, when I post images, i don't research the history of which groups posted it prior to me and the propaganda behind it. As i said in my previous post, this picture that seems to draw your ire, is extremely poignant; it brought tears to my eyes seeing these two handsome young kids minutes before their deaths. It is also a timely post. The horrors of fascism should be present in all our minds in these dark days.

The picture didn't draw my "ire"; It was a random image of two brothers lost to the Nazi holocaust. It seemed random without a surrounding context or prior discussion, that's why I ask for a context.
Now since you're assuming it drew my "ire", I can now assume you posted it with the expectation that it WOULD draw my "ire", which says more about your usual trickery, than it says about me.

I had no context to Harriet Tubman when i showed that raw portrait of her a while back, or Frederick Douglas working in his study. When I see an image that either interests me or moves me, I post it.

Maestro is part "Jewish" he said it himself on this board the very first time he started posting on LLC. BTW, I consider myself a Camel coz Camels have an exceptional, long-term memory and are known to remember people, places, and experiences—both good and bad for years, so I very rarely forget things.
Anyway, it is a common human reaction for individuals with fully or partly Jewish ancestry to be impacted by the Holocaust and have deep, often personal, feelings about it, ranging from emotional, social, to political perspectives. Just saying.
