Now I see Where "New Jersey" Got Its Name From (See Map photo + Article)

The name of "New Jersey" State in America came from a small UK Island located near France named "Jersey", it sits on the North Sea in the English Channel (see Map photo below). Its an autonomous and self-governing British Crown Dependency in Northwestern Europe just 14 miles off the Cotentin Peninsula of north-west France.

LOL, now speaking of Jersey Island(UK) Kris never told us that deputy Ms Beatriz Porée(article below) made history by becoming Jersey's first black politician in 2022, the only Black member of the States Assembly despite the growing community of Africans on the Island. Splaaaaaaaaaaaattt!!!

She, Beatriz Poree, seems pretty cool & progressive, judging from what i've read about her..
Born in Angola, lived in Portugal, etc etc.
But seriously, she's more of a black face in that position cuz her white colleagues hold all the power - she'll do what they demand!
