Ariane Giraneza Birekeraho(photo below) is a "Municipal councilor" for the Green party in the city of Antwerp, Belgium. She is a climate policy expert, a board member of the Vrijdaggroep (Friday Group), and a prominent advocate for climate justice, inclusion, and equal opportunities. She represents the Flemish Green party and serves on the national party board and works professionally as a climate policy manager at an environmental NGO.

Don't know about this particular hairstyle but she's very ambitious, hippie-ish, and serious about her activism..
She looks Moroccan Gnawa, but is from Rwanda..heehee..
Lawwwd, she'd never be so high-profile as an activist in Rwanda. Paul Kagame would chop off her head. lol
