Who named this town in the state of Indiana?? Was it by any chance a French man who probably licked the hand of a native-Indian woman in that area back in the 17th century?? Ha-ha-ha

LOL, "French Lick", Indiana?? ha-ha-ha, thats a very funny one.

I'm not sure I would be proud to tell ppl in NYC or Paris if they ask me what town I'm coming from if I live in "French Lick".

Larry Bird's hometown. Most of us here in USA know this town. He put it on the map.

I've never heard of this town before. Never knew Larry Bird grew up there. Thats why his famous nickname is, "The Hick from French Lick". LOL!!
