Jeffries Has to Go!!!

Posted by Maestro on 8/29/2026, 3:03 pm

I have to believe that House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries will be history, and the sooner the better.

To say that he is out of step with the progressive base is an understatement. Surely, we can find a leader that will refuse AIPAC funds and support Medicare for all. Furthermore, his meeting with the likes of Jared Kushner was reprehensible.

Jeffries Has to Go!!!.....why was ANYONE surprise?

I wanted to post about this yesterday with your exact headline!

The real surprise is that anyone was surprised by that secret meeting!
As you noted, Hakeem Jeffries is a complete AIPAC candidate - a total tool of the Israel lobby. They selected him, cultivated him, financed him, and made him what he is today politically. He is owned, like most of the Congressional Black Caucus. The Kushner family are big contributors to the pro-Israel cause, so that meeting makes much sense!

And guess what? Despite all the current criticism from the progressives and the left, they will tolerate and even support Jeffries for House Speaker if the Democratic party wins big in November.
Schumer & Jeffries are the best thing Trump has got going as he imposes fascism on us all. They are the weakest leaders during this moment testing our democracy.
SCHUMER & JEFFRIES MUST GO!!!

Jeffries Has to Go!!!...Lol, Kushner's team leaked about the 'secret meeting'...

Damn, Hakeem Jeffries is much dumber than I thought..
It's been reported that it was Jared Kushner's team who leaked about the so-called "secret meeting" with Jeffries..

Good lord, how could Jeffries fall for such an easy set up?
And now he's making the rounds trying to contain the negative fallout, explaining why he did it - he was on Roland Martin doing damage control etc.

HAKEEM JEFFRIES MUST GO!
CHUCK SCHUMER MUST GO!!

the DSA has a Hakeem Jeffries problem...

BLACK SKIN POLITICS....

I'm noticing that a number of the newly elected members of the DSA/Democratic Socialist Party who at one point called for both Hakeem Jeffries & Chuck Schumer to step down as leaders of the Democratic party are now kinda hedging their bets on Jeffries even as they continue to demand Schumer step down.
I suspect the logic behind that stance is the fear that calling Jeffries out would hurt them among Black voters. Such nonsense is beginning to infuriate me!

I strongly believe the DSA agenda/message, if properly presented to the Black community, is good enough in itself to draw their support. So why da hell are they playing such skin games with black folks? Why continue to support Jeffries, given how incompetent he is, and particularly if you oppose AIPAC's money with its pro-Israel agenda. Hakeem Jeffries is the biggest recipient of AIPAC money, so what's up with that?!

DSA needs to get things together or it's gonna go the Green Party way.
That's off my chest!!

I don't know of any DSA-ers including AOC who are calling for his resignation, not yet at least. She even discouraged and criticized Chi Osse for challenging him in the primary, as did Mamdani. Neither think now is a good time for this action.

I just think it's gonna be a mixed signal to those very enthusiastic about the DSA to have prominent DSA-ers kinda embracing & supporting Jeffries, especially those still railing against Schumer - they are two peas in the pod.

As for AOC, she's definitely moving into dem establishment circles - I find it a bit disappointing but I'd vote for her over Kamala any time. I wish Bernie could still run.

Btw, in terms of dem estsblishment candidates, I like the noise Jon Ossoff's making even though he supports Israel - there's a degree of empathy for the Palestinian cause, i'm detecting.

Bernie: "top Democrats aren't enthusiastic enough about El Sayed"..

In other words, top dems are basically undermining or quietly sabotaging Abdul El Sayed campaign in Michigan..
Bernie Sanders is confirming what most of us have suspected since El Sayed's huge senate primary win..
Unbelievable!!
