Dr. Oluyinka Olutoye(photo below) a Nigerian-born pediatric surgeon performed a "historic" open fetal surgery in 2016 where he partially removed a fetus from the womb, removed a tumor, and returned the baby inside the womb to continue developing.

So, yes the little boy in the pic under was born twice. How in the world Dr Oluyinka successfully operated on an unborn fetus outside the womb??
