34th Annual Champs & Charity Challenge Softball Tournament

Dear Business Owner,
For the past 33 years players from local leagues have come together to raise money and awareness for Cancer. This year will be our 34th year running this tournament and we are looking for sponsors to help with the cause. Each year our goal is to raise $10,000. We do this through private donations, raffle tickets, concessions and shirt sales.
We are looking for local businesses that are willing to help our cause by donating $100. For this small fee your company will have a banner with your business logo and contact information hung around the softball complex for the duration of the tournament, and your company logo will be included on the Tournament shirts being sold. While $100 is the minimum required to have the banner and logo on the shirts any additional donation amount will be greatly appreciated by The American Cancer Society.
The tournament runs from Wednesday, August 16th thru Monday, August 21st. The games will be held at Mickey Vernon Park in Marcus Hook, PA and Furey Road Fields in Chichester, PA. We have both a Men’s division and a Coed Division and teams pending, a women’s division could be added this year as well.
