Our commander-in-chiefs have fired generals before….most notably President Obama just a few years ago. While there are reasons for we independents to be nervous about Trump, executing his Constitutional duties is not one of them.

Renaming the Gulf of Mexico and a mountain in Alaska? Silly, but not the stuff of street riots.

Hiring Elon Musk as an advisor on identifying waste and inefficiency in the bloated federal government? Genius and necessary. (We will see if real change happens, which I doubt.)

Tariffs? Stupid idea, except as a negotiating tool. Not riot worthy.

Now when the government starts nationalizing ownership in private businesses like TicToc and advocating for censorship and criminalizing dissent like Trump’s predecessor did, I might have have to dust off my old street protest shoes and raise some Cain myself.

Until then I think Glasser is just spinning her wheels at best and at worst hoping some nutjobs will hit the streets so she doesn’t have to….
