...I went to visit that close relative who was removed from her home. She is having hallucinations. She believes that the reason she is in the hospital is that a guy tried to kill her because he wanted to steal her cats. She claims that the hospital workers are trying to kill her. She says she watched them murder people on the adjacent rooftop and throw the bodies off the roof.

She will not drink water out of the big cup they gave her because she believes it is poisoned. She thinks the food is poisoned. She has screamed at the staff to tell them to stay away from her.

She is most likely headed to a state mental institution. There is one school of thought though that once she gets over the effects of living in a house saturated with cat urine the hallucinations may subside. She has a very high level of ammonia in her blood.

There may be a reason they call them "crazy" cat ladies.
