The Donbas region in eastern Ukraine is filled with Russian-speaking people who identified with Russia.

They wanted to become an independent, neutral, autonomous region. The idea was supported by Russia and Belarus.

Ukraine said "no" and started bombarding Donbas with artillery shells, killing people and destroying property.

Russia said "Hey, wait a minute, those are our people that you are attacking".

Russia attempted to negotiate a peaceful arrangement. Russia didn't want Donbas. They wanted it to be an autonomous region.

Ukraine said "Screw you".

Russia invaded Donbas in an attempt to protect the Russian people in Donbas.

Ergo, the war.

Now, we have this jerk Zelenskyy who played Biden like a fiddle to the tune of Billion$, and who wants us to admit Ukraine into NATO so we and our EU allies would then be on the hook to defend them against future Russian actions, meaning that we would get sucked into war with Russia, which means it could escalate and we would all become radioactive toast.

No thanks.

Let Ukraine negotiate their own deal with Russia. Let Donbas become independent.

Biden & Co hid all this from the American people and tried to foster sympathy for Ukraine because Biden was getting something under the table in the deals, something that has been hidden from us with a series of shell corporations and questionable payments. Biden has had dozens of SARs ("Suspicious Activity Reports") filed against his crooked network of shadow accounts by multiple banks, and his DOJ wouldn't do anything to him about it.

When you're up to your ass in alligators (and debt), it's important to remember to drain the swamp. Quit fundiong Ukraine.
