care what the kids watch..lol... I wrote this series on the premise that most kid's stories used to have a decent moral story given to them to read or watch.. it's not so anymore.
When's the last time you read anything for kids, let alone yourself, dealing with issues of hope, faith, and love? Belief in God?
Personally, I think it's the increased comprimise we all are guilty of. Watching shows we wouldn't recomment to our church, engaging in activity counter to the gospel and God's commands willingly and without remorse, and allowing others to command our kid's attention and training.
I just wanted something I could offer that was simple, helpful tostruggling parents, and enjoyable message we all need to relearn most times.
Some Christian families have expressed concerns about certain children's books due to themes they believe conflict with their values. These include topics like LGBTQ+ representation, racial diversity, or critical race theory.
Many parents worry these books might challenge their worldview or introduce ideas they feel are inappropriate for their children.
It's a complex issue, often tied to broader debates about education, censorship, and societal change, but to me..it's a distancing of ourelves from our commitment to God.
Sorry for the rant on your Bluey.. he's got game for his part. We need game for ours.
These are some characters from my series... Kaelith, Elara, and Thalindra. I hope to convert the e-books to soft cover then include these illustrations as some of the heroes. And maybe use Audible reads as well.. so many ideas..so little time...lol...
