...Okay, not too crazy. I had some issues with trying to determine how I get my money back from working on my step-dad's estate. I have thousands in legal fees plus some cleanup and yard work that I fronted the money for but now that a sale is close the title company is claiming that they will not withhold money at closing to cover the expenses I have had to pay.

I told them that I would not approve the sale. Let them figure it all out.
