"Just drive it back down here and we will take care of it." the voice on the phone said.

She replied, "YOU come here and make sure my car has oil in it or send a tow truck."

They showed up in a few moments, confirmed that the plug and filter were in, and put the requisite 5 quarts of oil in it. She went straight back to the dealer and got a letter stating that they would warranty the motor against any issues for the life of the car.
