...I am trying to get all sorts of forms signed by over a dozen heirs to get rid of some land with an old house on it. Every heir wants to share their opinion on what needs to be done to get maximum value - though it will be just a few thousand each - and every opinion has one thing in common. They all involve ME doing everything and ME paying the costs up front.

I just want to get it over with.
