I want the government to do it the RIGHT way

1. due process, even if an abbreviated form with counsel, access to telephone, contact with family.
2. Warrants and identification. ICE doesn't seem to care about the law in these two instances.
3. Making sure you have the RIGHT person before tossing them in a truck and detaining them only to say OOOPS..It isn't rocket science to have trustworthy information
4. Do not block people or arrest people who are trying to gain entry the RIGHT WAY. Arresting people appearing for hearings is actually obstructing the law (the court). You can't have it both ways. If people are doing what they are supposed to be doing, you shouldn't be arresting them.
5. The racial profiling is a big issue IMO. That's why a lot of mistakes are being made.
