I can definitely say that anxiety is not forever. There are a lot of ways to get rid of it, and therapy is just one of them. What I mean is that it’s important to have the will and a clear goal to deal with your problems. I had a terrible partner in a relationship, an abuser and a gaslighter. I found out about it even before therapy, just by reading different psychology resources like
Breeze Wellbeing guide on gaslighting. The more I learned, the clearer I saw the problem and understood that it’s not me being weird, but the person next to me having problems of their own. Everything can be fixed, but of course I still recommend going back to therapy and trying again with a new specialist.
