if it's in a residential area, chances are they will drill with Saraline Oil. It's an oil developed by Shell Oil Company and is odorless. Otherwise, the neighborhood will be complaining about the fumes from the drilling fluids going over that 30' wall!!! Have you found out who the operator is?
