is ridiculous? Last August, a “check engine light” on my 2022 GMC Yukon comes on. So, I get my code reader out to see what’s the issue. It says “Grill Shutter has lost communication “. I go on line to see if it’s something I can fix and quickly realize I’d better take it in to a dealership. In August, the dealership says they can schedule me in on November 18. Really?? 3 months I have to wait ! Ok….so, I take it to the dealership yesterday on my scheduled appointment and they tell me it will take 2 weeks to have a technician look at it!!! Wouldn’t you think in 3 months they’d have enough time to schedule a technician to fix the problem?? Not happy with GM.
