Their words were unnecessary and clearly politically motivated. They didn’t mention any orders they thought were illegal and didn’t mention anyone by name. Their words were clearly protected by the First Amendment and were neither traitorous nor seditious. They were designed (like most political speech) to invoke emotion and they were successful in that manner. They should NOT be investigated by the FBI or military any more than any one who tells us we should not cross the border illegally or we should pay our taxes on time.

They got the reaction they wanted. Had I heard from them the same warning when the Biden Administration was unlawfully mandating that troops get an untested vaccine, they might have a shred of credibility. They didn’t, so they don’t.
