REFINERY REVIVAL: President Trump announced that America First Refining will open the first new U.S. oil refinery in nearly half a century in Brownsville, Texas.

Trump touted the $300 billion deal as a "A MASSIVE WIN for American Workers" as the company said the project will create thousands of construction and permanent jobs.
