I work at a bookstore. I was ringing a lady up. She was buying a lot of stuff almost $300 worth of stuff. She asked if we gift-wrapped and was upset when I said no, which should've been my first red flag. She asked me when we closed. I said 6 p.m.
She scoffed and said, "No."
I said, "Sorry?"
She said, "You can't close at six. I need to come back, but I'll be free around 9 p.m. You can't close at 6!!!"
