...was very militant about how cigarettes never hurt anyone. He knew of hundreds of people who smoked 3 packs a day and lived to be over 100 and of hundreds who never smoked and died of lung cancer while they were very young.
He died of complications from smoking - heart, emphysema and more - at age 57.
