A new clerk deposited one of the checks and committed us to pay a company for a service we neither needed or wanted for 2 years at twice the amount of the check per month. I got a call from one of their "representatives" demanding payment of their invoices. I had told our accounts payable person to destroy them and we had repaid the $25 or whatever. I told him to go ahead and sue if that is what he wanted to do. He could not prove that he was actually providing any service.

That is about how I feel about the $90 check. I wonder what it will cost me in the long run.
