It was really interesting to hear how the scientific method is applied in ongoing research.
If it doesn't explain the observations then the theory is changed or dropped. If it does explain observations we plough on until it fails. Until then it is considered provisionally correct.

Sabine presented a complex subject in clear language a layman can (with a bit of effort) understand.

I will look at some more of her videos.
