Here is my comment on the subject.

The mass-energy density of the quantum vacuum is absolutely the WORST prediction in all of Physics. It is off by 120 orders of magnitude, that is by a factor of 1, ... followed by 120 zeros. This is spectacularly BAD beyond all imagination. Since this prediction comes from the "Standard Model" along with matter-antimatter symmetry, perhaps there is something terribly wrong with the notion of matter-antimatter symmetry, which may well be a false symmetry. There are numerous false symmetries in the World, the most obvious being the false symmetry between electricity and magnetism in Maxwell's Equations. This false symmetry results from the non-invariant formulation of electromagnetism of Maxwell. When electromagnetism is reformulated in relativistically invariant way, the symmetry disappears as the electric and magnetic vector fields are replaced by the four-potential. My conclusion is that, in the conditions that prevailed in the Early University, matter and anti-matter were NOT created in equal quantities, but rather matter was created far more often than antimatter, or they were created in roughly equal quantities with matter prevailing. The excess of matter then promptly annihilated the antimatter, with the residue being nearly entirely matter. There is a growing body of evidence which indicates that matter-antimatter symmetry is FALSE.
