Growth and decay of the Laurentide Ice Sheet

These videos depict what the geological evidence (science) indicates: That the ice was melting long before human industry existed, and didn't need any human-caused carbon emissions to progress. Even if we removed every liter of CO2 ever pumped into the atmosphere by human industry, the last remnants of that ice, mountain glaciers and polar ice sheets, would keep melting. It didn't need us to get started, and nothing we do will stop it. Politicians should beware the false doctrine of scientific consensus, which cherry-picks the data to support initiatives to control climate change, while ignoring the geological evidence, and the applied science that says these controls are technically infeasible and/or uneconomical. No matter what anyone says, we will be driving gasoline-powered cars 100 years from now.
