45 - Asserts that the Cosmic Microwave Background is the earliest thing we can see in history of the cosmos. I would counter that, in fact, the cosmic web might actually be the earliest thing we can see in the history of the cosmos, its structure determined by gravity and the density variations that pre-dated the CMB.
18 - Asserts that by erasing the microwave emissions of the Milky Way galaxy gives a precise measure of the non-uniformities in the CMB. I would counter that, by only erasing the microwave emissions of one out of a trillion galaxies in the visible universe, might not give an especially precise measure of non-uniformities in the CMB. The CMB might only be an image of all the galaxies in the visible universe in the microwave spectrum, after having removed the Milky Way galaxy from the image.
25 - Asserts that space is curved even though experimental data has shown it to be flat, and further asserts that the maximum curvature allowed by the *error bars* of the experimental data leads to an estimate of the *size* of the universe, of about 500 times larger than the visible universe. I would counter that there is no reason, or data, to support the assumption (assertion) that the universe is curved at all.
58 - Asserts that the CMB data strongly validates the existence of dark matter. I would counter that dark matter is *invisible*, and might not exist at all, and that you can't really *validate* something if you can't see it.
24 - Asserts that we truly live in a *Golden Time*, cosmologically speaking. I would counter that it seems this way only because they are really drinking their own Kool Aid. I mean, they are really guzzling that stuff. It can't be healthy.
