Not at a ticket price of $125k

The balloon flight costs $125,000 and reaches 30 km altitude.

A passenger jet flight costs $500 and cruises at 10 km altitude.

I don't think being 3-times higher justifies the 250-times higher cost. Others might disagree - it's their money.
