BT Super fast Fibre

I have just agreed a new contract with BT. I have had to move from copper to new super fast fibre. Since having the super fast fibre, my broadband is to my mind is now super slow. I was told I would receive a new hub, but this never happened. Today I rang BT, the girl I spoke to said I should have had a new hub. She said she would transfer me to someone who would help. I was transferred to someone who was very quiet and I apologised but said I could not hear him, so he disconnected me. Great service from BT, NOT, but where can I complain. I will just have to start again tomorrow, fingers crossed.
