BT have a poor reputation regarding customer services ,I'm afraid perseverance is all you can do and hopefully you get a resolution As for your new hub you should have received one,also I'm surprised an engineer hasn't been to your home because if you haven't had fibre before,your socket may need adjusting You have got to be aware with all providers of broadband speed because what you pay for isn't always what you get
