Thank you Mac, my sentiments always. What do we have in common with someone from the1700 hundreds. My father came from Sunderland. My father was the youngest son from his second marriage, his first wife had died. My father was born in 1894. My grandfather was a widower who was a commercial traveller for Rank Flour, quite a good job at the time. I would love to find relatives from the first family, but would not want to be interested in earlier thsn that.
