I suggest that anyone who has a problem with a particular outlet that they show them this message or refer to it.
Thank you Stan for alerting us to this problem and to all who contributed to the thread "helping the vulnerable" which we have now closed.
We instructed our pharmacists not to charge for deliveries at the start of the crisis. We have only publicised this for older and vulnerable patients as we do not want to have our delivery network overwhelmed and not be able to deliver to those people.
In addition our online repeat prescription service is free and has always offered free home delivery for everybody. If anybody cannot get the delivery without charge please let me know as somehow our message will not have got through for some reason to that store.
With kind regards
