Like Tom I made a tea pot stand albeit a few years later (1955)which my mother used for many a year. The first item was a ship that introduced us to using a jack plane ,chisel, tenon saw, drill for the dowel funnel. I was useless at woodwork no fault attached to Mr Lees who was an excellent teacher
