It is relatively easy to set up and import your passowrds into it from Chrome or Firefox, and there are browser extensions for all the popular web browsers, and includes a password generator for generating strong passords, and a feature called Watchtower which monitors all of your logins, telling you if you have duplicate passwords, or weak passwords and advising you to change them.
You do lose a bit of convenience in that your browser will no longer autofill your passwords, and you need to enter your master password manually to log into sites, but that is a small price to pay for the much greater security. There is plenty of help on their website regarding setup on Android, Apple devices and PC's which I found useful. I have been using it for a year or more, and I'm happy with it.
Other dedicated password managers, that I know of, but which I have never used are Dashlane, and Lastpass.
Hope this helps.
