Covid 19 and the spread.

I went out for a meal at Hartlepool Marina last Saturday which is full of bars and a few restaurants. There was hundreds of young people outside drinking and not one mask in sight and hardly a space between them. At this rate we will never see the end of covid-19. The only way to deal with this this is to impose a £1000 fine for violating the social distance and not wearing a mask. The government is not handling this very well as we can see by the latest figures of over 41000 deaths. I have COPD and wear a mask everywhere I go but in supermarkets I see very little of mask wearing or even social distancing. People are playing on on why they should not wear a mask and I spend half my time trying to dodge people coughing into the air no hand up. There should be medically tested and if there's nothing wrong with them double fine them. I also see people pouring into the supermarkets without hand cleansing because they can't be bothered. The supermarkets should bar them out pronto. What is the point of a few of us wearing masks and sterilising hands when everyone else won't follow the rules? No wonder we see the death toll rising.
