Geordie’s wife is sick of him popping for a drink after work, and coming home late. So she writes a note to say I’m sick of being treated like this so I’ve left you. Dont come looking for me. She leaves the note on the bedside cabinet next to the phone then hides under the bed. She hears Geordie come in and go in the kitchen shouting “Ah’m back hinny.” Then the bedroom door opens and he spots the note so reads it. She hears him muttering and writing something on the note. Then he picks up the phone, calls someone saying “Put something nice on cos ah’m coming over. She’s finally gone and now we can hev a bit of fun without worrying aboot the time. Ah luv ye.” Then Geordie goes downstairs, the front door slams and she hears the car drive off. She gets up from under the bed to read the note and it says. ‘Ah could see yor feet. We are oot of bread so ah’m gannin te the shop te get some’
