Re: Stan our Singer machine
Stan, it is the same for me I donít have brothers or sisters, nor do we have children, we have good friends but my family treasures are not sentimental to our friends so that is why I decided to donate any proceeds I received to the 2 Charities as previously mentioned, those Charities being Dementia and Macular.
As I donít live in the North East I had to rely on the help of my late mumís housekeeper, whom I have to say has been amazing, the amount of money she managed to acquire disposing of the various items was wonderful, it gave me great pleasure being able to donate the money to the Charities. I hope the funds help to find cures for both of these problems, it was awful watching mum suffer from these ailments, going to the RVI every 8 to 12 weeks to have injections in her eye, watching dementia take hold, I would not wish those situations on anyone.
