Re: How do You Start the Day?
I get up as if I was still going to work cos we do breakfasts & school runs for grand children 2 days each week. Shaved, showered, dressed, breakfast of Granola & 4 prunes sprinkled with Turmeric which is supposed to be healthy. Also a large cup of Hot water with Cinnamon & a spoonful of Honey mixed in as its healthy aswell.
Then get the Laptop on and check the Message Board and have a think what I can put on to keep the board interesting. Barry Cram has already put the Header on for me earlier cos he cant seem to sleep.
At Lunchtime I only have fruit and have done it for years and years instead of taking Statins eg an apple & a Pear, or maybe an apple & a orange , or an apple and a banana. My Cholestrol level is perfect so maybe this diet has helped.
At 5pm I have a meal cooked by the best wife in the world. (That will keep her happy
