Reading an item on some of the latest e cars. I wonder how people are going to afford them.

There were 2 listed. OK top end but £67,000:and £ 75,000.

Taking into account that the money you would maybe get for your old gas guzzler will be low. I assume that would they would only be for company cars.

I will never be able to afford an electric car. Any that I have seen at a price I may have been able to stretch to are not big enough for me to get in and out of never mind drive.

I did drive a Fiat 500 hybrid for 20 miles while Sorento was being serviced. Not bad performance but I have the seat so far back that no one could be behind me. When seating in comfort the steering wheel too far away. I didn’t have time to see if the steering wheel was adjustable.

If I run my Sorento for the next 10 years I doubt the emissions it gives off would be anyway near those in the manufacture of an electric car. The disposal of my car or an electric I understand is vastly different.

I’m not against electric cars but their Price ! ( for what you get)
