Sorry Barry it was easy for first 7 miles then the hill start.

I’ve now got a logging system on my phone which tracks all movement thanks to my granddaughter using GPS.

It gives max speed, average speed, height climbed etc. It even plots it out for you.

Going I did not generate a lot of heat and coming back the wind hard risen keeping me cool plus I was not pushing.

Through this app I can track the granddaughter and her dad as they do their daily run, she tracks me when I’m on the bike.

You could use it for walking or driving.

Just got to learn to use it properly.

A lot of cyclists use it say for A to B etc or a route, and it’s very very competitive. It’s Strava and it’s free up,to a point.
