My best weight 2-3 years ago was 12 st 7 lbs but I was doing a lot of cycling.back then.
2020 was a very poor year weight going up due to lack of exercise injury related.
Difficult getting into the mindset for exercise. The change in the weather gave me the push to get logging. Been logging about 2 hours per day trying to do that every other day. But a big push in past week 5 days % 7.
What can you do during lockdown. Get into the mindset that you have to do something. Walking for 30 mins as a starter, go up and down your staircase. Try easy sit ups, push ups etc. You don’t have to be any good the trying is the whole point.
Cans of beans as weights, be inventive, look at fitness programmes on the net.
If your wife has an old CD of Rosemary Connelly or one of the others just try that.
Little by little you will improve your fitness and maybe loose weight.
I have managed to loose 3 lbs but fitness far better. But it’s hard very hard. Riding my bike is the easy way for me but Snow or ice not on.
I feel that use humans tend to put on weight as winter approaches, a winter layer of blubber so to speak.
